Braised lamb, pine nuts, Greek yogurt and keflograviera cheese.

Thanksgiving pizza
Hudson valley smoked turkey sausage, wild mushrooms, butternut squash & fresh mozzarella

Roasted baby Brushless sprouts, kohlrabi, wild mushrooms, porcini cream and Parmigiano Reggiano

Israeli couscous, roasted pumpkin, celery root, romanesco cauliflower and sweet peppers harissa.
